How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Plans change, and we understand. You can easily cancel or modify your booking on NexArrive.
Cancel a booking
Go to My Bookings from the top menu.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
Click on Cancel Booking.
Choose a cancellation reason.
Review the cancellation policy and confirm.
Refund eligibility depends on the hotel's cancellation policy and the time of cancellation. The refund amount, if any, will be credited to your original payment method.
Modify a booking
Go to My Bookings and select your booking.
Click on Modify Booking.
Update your details and click Continue.
Pay any price difference (if applicable) and confirm.
Not all bookings are eligible for modification. If the Modify option is not available, you may need to cancel and make a new booking.
